Job Details

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and peripheral issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including operating systems (Windows, macOS), productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365), and custom applications.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications.
  • Support remote users via tools like VPN, Remote Desktop, and other remote support solutions.
  • Manage and maintain end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
  • Track and update asset inventory using tools like ServiceNow, SCCM, or Intune.
  • Coordinate hardware refreshes and device replacements.
  • Set up devices and environments for new employees.
  • Provide orientation and basic IT training for new hires.
  • Create and update user guides and FAQs to enhance self-service support.
