Key Responsibilities
Write/edit technical documents including manuals, tutorials, guides, and training materials.
Proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information.
Structure content for clarity and accessibility for end-users.
Use visuals like diagrams, screenshots, and illustrations.
Ensure documentation meets industry standards and internal guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years technical writing experience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with grammar, style guides, and technical documentation standards.
Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and working in dynamic, evolving environments.
Proficient in Adobe RoboHelp, Microsoft Word, XML, HTML.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Preferred Qualifications
Over 6 years experience in technical writing.
STC or other professional certifications.
Expertise in Adobe RoboHelp 2019 or later.
Experience with command line builds, HTML5/CSS.
Skilled in creating online help and knowledge base content.
Proficiency in graphic and screen capture tools.
Portfolio demonstrating prior technical documentation work.
