Description
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineering Manager to lead the development and management of cloud infrastructures and device technologies. This role will focus on building secure and scalable platforms while fostering innovation and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and leadership skills that align with business goals and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the strategic development and operations of cloud ecosystems, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.
Lead efforts to optimize infrastructure, manage costs, and plan for lifecycle upgrades.
Manage enterprise cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, ensuring seamless integration with supporting tools and services.
Supervise endpoint operations for a large fleet of Windows 10/11 and Android devices.
Design and implement strategies to enhance technical delivery while meeting scalability, compliance, and resilience needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system continuity and effectiveness.
Monitor emerging trends in technology and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Ensure alignment of cloud and device technologies with security frameworks and business objectives.
Promote innovation while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience leading infrastructure and operations teams within cloud-centric environments.
Proficiency in managing cloud services and endpoint operations, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Defender, Purview, Intune).
Strong ability to communicate technical strategies effectively to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
High level of initiative and adaptability in dynamic or fast-paced environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in managing IT cloud infrastructure and teams.
Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to cloud and device technologies.
