Job Title: Technical Support Specialist


Job Type: Full-time / Direct Hire


Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop accurate proposals, quotes, and pricing models for customers. A basic understanding of electronics is required to interpret product specifications and ensure alignment between customer needs and our offerings.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to create customer proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies.


  • Interpret technical product data, schematics, and specifications to support proposal development.


  • Assist in identifying appropriate products or configurations to meet customer requirements.


  • Support the development of marketing materials by providing technical input and validation.


  • Maintain accurate records of proposals, pricing history, and customer interactions.


  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product features, availability, and pricing.


  • Coordinate with engineering or product development for custom or non-standard requests.



Qualifications:


  • Basic knowledge of electronics (e.g., components, circuits, technical terminology).


  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; CRM or ERP system experience is a plus.


  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


  • Prior experience in a technical sales support, inside sales, or proposal development role is a plus.



Education:


  • Associate's degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
