Vaco is actively seeking a Salesforce Product Owner with financial services, banking, or wealth management experience for a direct-hire position with our client in Memphis.

Primary Focus:

This position will operate within the Customer Experience and Marketing division and supports the rollout and optimization of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions across various B2B lines of business. The Product Owner will drive the delivery of Salesforce functionality and utilization by collaborating with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and technical resources.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog based on business needs and impact.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and refine feature requirements.
  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories and oversee feature delivery.
  • Conduct executive level demos of new functionality for stakeholders.
  • Lead sprint planning efforts with development teams and Scrum Masters.
  • Uphold quality standards by ensuring solutions are well-tested and delivered on schedule.
  • Facilitate end-user training and ongoing platform support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience and platform efficiency.
  • Manage reporting tools and dashboards to track CRM performance.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and data privacy standards.

Experience:
 
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud within a financial services, banking, or wealth management environment is required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, D&B Hoovers, and RevUp ABX is desired.
  • Understanding of marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of financial services, especially banking and customer journey mapping.
  • Awareness of data compliance and consent regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR) is a plus.
  • Agile and traditional project management expertise.
