JD:
Application support using Unix database and middleware technologies (Tomcat or Apache) is must and good experience in Troubleshooting, Batch management, Log analysis.
Banking Domain is most desirable.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Nashville, Tennessee
1st round interview will be video call (PM may ask to share the screen and perform any task during interview)
Minimum 5+ years of experience
Knowledge of Unix, SQL
understanding of troubleshooting issues by analyzing Application logs
Understanding of Incident Management.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery Environment
Experience with production support
Planning and Co-ordination skills
