Required Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security model, and declarative automation tools.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with MuleSoft and API integration concepts.
- Experience with data management tools (e.g., Data Loader) and basic API troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Awareness of information security principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications such as:
- Administrator, Advanced Administrator
- Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I or II
- Marketing Cloud Administrator (optional based on org needs)
- Awareness of emerging trends in AI and their application within Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
