Job Description:

Responsible for the product lifecycle and development of initiatives for the product team, which includes Voice, Identity, Webmail, and Out of Home WiFi access and management. This role involves gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining product vision, designing customer experience and collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, sales, marketing, finance, support, and operations). You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, from concept to post-delivery result tracking.

The ideal candidate thrives in a face-paced environment, has great attention to detail and can understand software architecture stacks and technical complexities quickly. You must partner with stakeholders to understand customer and business issues and then be able to articulate them with technical and design teams. Experience with Customer Identity and/or Cyber Security is a benefit, but is not required.

You will use market research to discover digital opportunities and appraise new ideas and marketing programs to ensure successful product launches. This role also requires data analysis acumen to interpret data and research to drive decisions and solutions.

  • Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Advance understanding of industry best practices in product development process specific to the cable or telecommunications space and translate appropriate steps for unique organization and market position.
  • Analyze information and provide high-level process goals into specific sub-processes with appropriate documentation, develop communication plan for stakeholders and process participants.
  • Support the development and communication of product strategies dependent on new services/features to drive financial results.
  • Work with engineering, product management peers, marketing stakeholders and key market areas on implementing strategy.
  • Lead product launches and enhancements of products across our service and application portfolio, including working cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing and Operations divisions within the company.
  • Ensures communication with all stakeholders is being managed effectively.


Required Qualifications

Experience:
  • Product development/management - 5-7+ years
  • Cable/telecommunications/software/online services - 5-7+ years

    • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Effective organizational and office management skills

    • Effective analytical skills
