Job Description:
This position is responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of application environments, with a focus on system reliability, automation, and seamless deployment pipelines. This critical role will focus on the administration, stability and efficiency of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM and our financial transaction processing. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN's Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.
We are looking for someone who can proactively monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, support CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with teams across IT, Development, and Operations to enhance system performance and enable effective service delivery. Responsibilities include supporting legacy applications as well as driving the transition to cloud-based infrastructure and modern DevOps practices.

- A bachelor's degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
- Proven experience in DevOps, system administration, or infrastructure support roles
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and automation tools
- Broad understanding of content and content organization
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as PowerShell, React, SQL, and optionally Python or T-SQL
- Experience with SQL and troubleshooting data flow/integration issues
- Excellent verbal, written, and other media communication skills
- Integrative thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be an effective member of a team
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish effective rapport with all levels of CBN staff and outside public
- Demonstrate life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN's non-profit Christian mission
