IT Process Analyst - Remote (U.S. Only)
Contract | Cleveland, OH | Multiple Openings
Exodus Integrity Services, Inc. (EIS) is a rapidly growing technology company based in Northeast Ohio. We're seeking experienced IT Process Analysts to join our client, one of Cleveland's top employers. This is a 100% remote contract opportunity (candidates must reside in the U.S.; no 3rd parties).

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, recommend solutions, and help implement changes that directly impact efficiency and outcomes. Responsibilities
Facilitate process meetings and support early-stage resource planning.
Research and analyze opportunities for continuous improvement.
Design and implement new or enhanced processes and toolsets.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and measure success with metrics.
Deliver clear, professional updates and presentations to stakeholders.
Required Skills
5+ years of related experience in process analysis/improvement.
Strong experience with Planview Portfolios (rollout a plus) and Planview AgilePlace.
Advanced Excel skills; strong ability in process flow design/implementation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create and deliver effective PowerPoint presentations.
Preferred Skills
Change management experience.
Familiarity with BlueWorks Live for process mapping.
Portfolio management background.
