Responsibilities:
* Architect and implement Marketing Cloud Intelligence workspaces, data models, and calculated dimensions/measures
* Configure advanced dashboards, widgets, and visualizations tailored to executive, marketing, and channel owners
* Ingest, normalize, and harmonize large multi-source datasets (media, CRM, web, email/SMS, call center, cost, revenue)
* Build robust data pipelines using API connectors, custom connectors, and ETL logic to ensure scale and reliability
* Define and enforce data governance, naming standards, and version control across datasets and dashboards
* Establish KPI frameworks and attribution approaches; translate business questions into technical metrics and logic
* Optimize performance for high-volume datasets, including partitioning, caching, and query tuning
* Implement QA processes for data accuracy, schema changes, release management, and regression testing
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years in marketing analytics or marketing data engineering with 3+ years focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama)
* Proven expertise configuring MCI datasets, calculated fields, data streams, harmonization, and dashboard design at enterprise scale
* Strong SQL and data modeling skills; comfort with ETL concepts and API-based integrations
* Demonstrated ability to parse, profile, and troubleshoot very large, messy datasets and resolve data quality issues
* Business acumen across performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM, and measurement fundamentals (KPI design, attribution)
* Excellent stakeholder communication; Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
Preferred Requirements:
* Experience in healthcare, payer/provider, pharma, or life sciences
* Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, PHI handling, and privacy-by-design practices
* Exposure to claims, eligibility, EMR/EHR, or patient acquisition journeys and related consent/preferences models
