Top Responsibilities (Daily Tasks)
- Perform hands-on coding and unit testing within the Hogan environment.
- Conduct IT and UAT testing for other programmers code to ensure quality and compliance.
- Manage and execute code migrations across environments.
- Participate in the design and implementation of Hogan CIS, Deposits, and CAMS solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering Managers and Engineers to deliver assigned project tasks.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Hogan systems.
- Provide documentation and support for system changes and releases.
Required Skills and Experience
- Hogan CIS, Deposits, and/or CAMS Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong understanding of mainframe-based banking applications and data structures.
- Experience in end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC) within a financial environment.

- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, Agile environment.
