JavaScript QA SDET

There are now 3 openings. FB from past interviews:

• Associate don't have much understanding on how does a automation framework will work
• Associate dont have much experience on CI/CD, reporting
• Associate has less experience with automation, he had worked on creating test cases in existing framework and executed the same.
• Worked on creating and executing the TCs.
• Just created new TCs based on old TCs comparing both.
• Associate don't have much experience in JS coding, basics loops, variable declarations array etc.

Must Have Skills:

• Very Heavy on Automation
• Have tested on mobile, desktop and responsive web platforms
• HTTP, HTML, XML, JSON, SQL, Java Script, Node.js, typescript
• Are actually able to program in JavaScript (not just test)

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and drive the end-to-end testing initiatives through automation
• Work closely with partner teams and contribute to QE validation as necessary for international markets
• Drive large scale and complex E2E integration testing efforts across various teams and systems (through automation)
• Plan test schedules and drive test execution activities based on E2E integration testing
• Provide clear visibility on plans, communicate issues/risks and progress to the team and leadership to resolve quality issues on time and keep the project schedule on track
• Participate in improving test processes, propose new ideas on how to improve customer satisfaction and quality of product

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
• 5+ years of testing experience in large-scale web and / or e-commerce applications
• 3+ years of experience on leading test activities on mobile, desktop and responsive web platforms
• Experience testing applications and knowledge of technologies such as REST, HTTP
• Experience with web and mobile technologies HTTP, HTML, XML, JSON, SQL, Java Script, Node.js, typescript
• Experience with environment configurations, defect tracking, build or release management and debugging tools
