The Catalogue Listing Service Associate will be required to work with suppliers to adopt the catalog service in client s global electronic marketplace. The individual will have supplier campaign responsibility to expand the adoption of modern format for airline parts data. The candidate must possess excellent problem solving, organizational, verbal and written communication skills, as well as being self-motivated. Must be able to perform as a team member and communicate effectively with management at all levels, technical personnel and customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by helping them understand the requirements to load data files to support the various client's products.
- Refer customers to our training materials available on website to encourage self-serve processes for template walk through, and hands-on instructions.
- Review customer data files for required format and accuracy to identify content errors.
- Train new customers and current customers on catalogue website functionality.
- Process Campaigns by communicating, training, supporting and encouraging customers to participate as new buyers join the marketplace.
- Ensure documentation such as training and sample content is current and effective regarding catalogue load process.
Requirements:
- Two years of experience in data analysis or customer data management.
- Proven job experience in effective customer communication.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and UltraEdit or other text file editing tools.
- Some exposure to business processes or systems analysis.
