Due to our continued growth we have created a role for an experienced Treasury Operations Analyst to join our Corporate Treasury team based in Pittsburgh, PA.

You will be responsible for handling the Global Banking Operations for Thermo Fisher entities. This includes banking documentation, liaising with banks, intercompany partners, Tax, Legal & Treasury team for smooth running of the business.

A member of a dynamic and fast paced team, this role involves a great deal of attention to detail, accuracy, and interaction with internal customers.

What you will do:
Take ownership of setting the current and prior day cash position using the Treasury Management System
Update the cash forecast and reconcile key in-house banks and ERP's.
Perform the monthly global netting process including communication, configuration, and problem solving
Aid in the consolidation and reduction of non-pooled cash balances
Complete and approve all electronic funds transfers
Update content/policies on Treasury intranet page as requested
Coordinate projects and implement bank products and services
Support Treasury Mailbox

Who we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

2+ years of work experience
Knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and banking platforms
Previous experience working within finance and treasury
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) a plus
Ability to problem solve and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - the ability to work with partners in a professional and proficient manner
Travel may be required
