Functional role: System Design Architect
Overview of project/skills required: T Must be able to demonstrate previous experience in Procurement related projects.
Candidates must have strong leadership skills and experience communicating to executive leadership.
Performance optimization team is looking for system design architect to map requirements across for strategic initiatives for S2P. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture strategy, drive technology decisions, and ensure successful system delivery in alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design end-to-end system solutions across enterprise applications, infrastructure, and integration points
- Develop high-level and low-level system diagrams, data models, and component interfaces.
- Develop architectural blueprints and detailed documentation for system components.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and compliance standards.
- Support technical risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and IT strategy
Qualifications:
- 5 -7 years professional experience in Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and/or driving Transformation
- Proven track record in implementing or managing systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Jaggaer, Workday).
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., ARIS, Visio, Bizagi, Signavio)
- Proven experience designing scalable, distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
- Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and data protection principles.
- Experience working on:
- Delegation of authority
- Implementation of ERP/SaaS solution
- Source to Pay intake/Orchestration
