Sierra-Cedar is looking for a full-time hands-on Oracle Cloud EPM Consultant with 2-5 years of experience. Your role will be primarily focused on Financial Close and Consolidation (FCCS). Experience with Planning and Budgeting (PBCS) and/or Account Reconciliation (ARCS) is a huge plus! The culture of our organization is to invest in the development of our consultants.
The expectation of this role is to implement Oracle Cloud EPM, it is not a supervisory, or PM role. Ideally you will have completed 1-2+ full life-cycle Oracle Cloud EPM project implementations. Experience in Higher Ed is preferred and may be required. You’ll participate in requirements gathering, design sessions, build phase and provide recommendations to enhance and accelerate the implementation process. You’ll also configure application components, including dimensions, currency translation, intercompany eliminations, forms, reports, Smart View templates, and application rules in line with business, functional, and performance requirements.
As a member of the Higher Ed team, you will work with Clients and Sierra-Cedar teammates to provide subject matter expertise in implementing Oracle Cloud EPM and foster strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Our ideal EPM Consultant has a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

This role will be fully remote with 30% travel to client sites as needed. This percentage may fluctuate depending on the project/client needs.
