We are hiring a Senior IT Manager to start immediately.
- This is a contract to hire position
- Salary is around 120k/year but can be flexible for the right candidate
- This person will be taking over the responsibilities from the IT director who is retiring in the next year or so, we are looking for someone with at least 10 years of people management experience as an IT manager from the professional setting, you will be managing a team of 5 IT professionals (2 Admins and 3 IT Support)
- This person MUST have hands on experience in Salesforce Administration, they are currently using a Salesforce vendor, but they are planning to bring all the responsibilities in house eventually. So we need someone who has hands on experience with Salesforce, answering questions, implementing features, customizing reports, etc.
- Need to have knowledge in any networking and system troubleshooting, you dont need to have very strong hands on experience with all the technologies mentioned below, but MUST have salesforce experience
- 100% on site in Buena Park, CA
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform systems administration and user support, including applications, databases, and telecommunication.
- Maintain the Hyper-V Cluster and the healthy replication of virtual servers.
- Maintain the topology of the network, including procedures and troubleshooting steps.
- Deploy new virtual servers as needed and configure the required software.
- Set up new users, troubleshoot hardware and software computer issues.
- Set up, configure, and maintain Firewalls and switches.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the Network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot VPN connectivity problems.
- Manage and maintain VoIP infrastructure.
- Perform, analyze, and manage Network/data backup.
- Monitor network security and utilize required applications to prevent cyberattacks and unauthorized access.
- Troubleshoot Office 365 issues (bounce back emails, non-delivery reports, DNS, MX Records, etc.).
- Create and configure Group Policy and Organizational Units to improve security.
- oPerform administrative tasks in Syteline and Salesforce (create new users, set up default printers, set permissions, etc.).
- Create custom reports using Salesforce, SQL, Microsoft Access, SSRS, and Power BI.
- Research and recommend new software and hardware to improve security and productivity.
- Assist the Director of IT with process improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with new technolgies and security threats to ensure network stays protected.
- Maintain passwords and update passwords on a regular schedule.
- Perform software and firmware updates as required.
- Assist with network-related tickets using Atera.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Wi-Fi issues.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Knowledgeable with network infrastructure and applications.
- Strong understanding of Hyper-V, IP, DNS, DHCP.
- Proficiency in ERP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Education Requirements: High School Diploma; B.S. in Computer Science or a related field,
- preferred.
