Description
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Glendale Heights, Illinois. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of various IT systems and devices. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual with expertise in a variety of technologies, including Android, Cisco, and Citrix, to make an impact in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive technical assistance to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot and support devices running on Android, Apple, and Microsoft operating systems.
Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user account creation, updates, and permissions.
Configure and deploy computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices across the organization.
Address network-related concerns by working with Cisco technologies to ensure connectivity and performance.
Administer Citrix environments to maintain seamless access for remote users.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of Mac computers and other Apple devices.
Implement and follow configuration management protocols to optimize IT operations.
Perform system deployments and updates while ensuring minimal disruption to users.
Collaborate with team members to document processes and improve IT service delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Help Desk or similar technical support role.
Strong knowledge of Android development and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Cisco and Citrix technologies, including network and remote access support.
Proficiency in managing Mac computers and Apple devices with attention to detail.
Firsthand experience with Microsoft operating systems and related tools.
Expertise in Active Directory management, including account and permission handling.
Solid understanding of computer hardware configuration and deployment processes.
Ability to follow configuration management practices and implement system updates efficiently.
