Lead governance initiatives for Privileged Access Management across enterprise environments, ensuring alignment with NIST, ISO 27001, and industry best practices.
Develop and implement a PAM governance framework in alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
Define and enforce policies, procedures, and standards for managing privileged identities and access controls across enterprise systems.
Lead cross-functional PAM implementation and ongoing governance initiatives.
Perform risk assessments related to privileged access and formulate risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure PAM practices comply with regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and other cybersecurity standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to educate and evangelize PAM governance principles and practices.
Drive continuous improvements in PAM governance processes, metrics, and technologies.
Develop and present dashboards, KPIs, and status reports to senior leadership.
Create user training materials and conduct workshops to raise PAM awareness and compliance.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in PAM and identity governance.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM), identity governance, and access control systems.
Demonstrated experience leading business analysis for complex, cross-functional security projects.
Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) platforms and governance tools.
Strong understanding of data privacy regulations, compliance mandates, and security controls.
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
Skilled in process improvement, governance modeling, and high-level strategy.
Ability to create detailed metrics, dashboards, and risk models for PAM systems.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM).
Experience with CyberArk or other leading PAM/IAM platforms.
Familiarity with cloud identity platforms such as Azure Active Directory, Okta, or SailPoint.
