AI Developer

We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build scalable AI-driven applications that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms

• Build and optimize machine learning pipelines for training and inference

• Work with large datasets for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and validation

• Integrate AI models into production systems and applications

• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions

• Stay up to date with the latest AI, ML, and deep learning advancements

• Ensure ethical, secure, and responsible use of AI technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field

• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), Java, or C++

• Experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn

• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures

• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or generative AI concepts

• Experience with APIs, microservices, and model deployment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and AI services

• Knowledge of MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)

• Experience working with LLMs and prompt engineering

• AI certifications or relevant research experience
