Job Title: Procurement Analyst

Job Description:
  • Conduct market analysis, predict future trends, and design category strategies with GSP leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate implementation of approved sourcing strategies.
  • Lead opportunity assessments, supplier negotiations, and supplier performance/relationship management.
  • Support development of category best practices, processes, and templates related to sourcing, spend management, and supplier engagement.
  • Develop strategies that account for global perspectives and collaborate with local sourcing teams to support regional buying needs.
  • Lead RFx management, supplier communications, contract management, and supplier performance reviews.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate across functions to ensure effective sourcing operations.
  • Support spend management projects to achieve savings, process effectiveness, and supplier consolidation.
  • Ensure accurate transactions, compliance, and risk management in procurement processes.
  • Partner with business units to develop and execute category strategies, supplier awards, and negotiation strategies.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, finance, legal, security, and other stakeholders to ensure due diligence and compliance.

Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in indirect procurement and sourcing, including supplier negotiation, category strategy, and contract management.
  • Strong background in Software, Cloud, SaaS, IT, and Engineering Software sourcing.
  • Experience working in global and virtual environments with cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Familiarity with procurement platforms such as SAP, Ariba, Fieldglass, and ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Tableau experience preferred.
  • Experience in consulting, legal, or finance is a plus.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree required (Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, or related field).
  • Certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Management preferred.
