As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will help lead execution behind the development of OCI new features and platforms. You should be passionate about delivering services to customers while also possessing a deep understanding of strategic business objectives. A strong technical background is required to produce concrete outcomes and work closely with engineering to grow and extend the platform.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in this area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. This role requires product management expertise, leadership skills, and strong business judgment.

We are specifically looking for an experienced and customer-centric TPM to join the OCI team that will be responsible for:

  • Gathering customer and partner feature requests and feedback, and influencing product direction and OCI services' evolution.
  • Driving rapid customer and partner adoption of new products and platforms by working directly with customers, account teams, and engineering teams to anticipate customer needs.
  • Leading the strategy and the execution plan for the new innovative platforms adoption with a strong focus on customer excellence.
  • Working closely with engineering teams translating business requirements into technical requirements to help shape the future roadmap of OCI services.
  • Driving alignment on product features, business metrics, and business strategies.
  • Assisting in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives for exponential customer and partner adoption on the cloud platform.
  • Driving lighthouse wins while developing and implementing scalable adoption programs, and identifying repeatable solutions to solve customers' challenges and help the broader field organization.
  • Developing a passion for educating, training, and enabling cloud solutions authorities for a significant set of customers and circumstances
  • Be the voice of customers and partners with Oracle's various cloud engineering teams.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated ability in an IT platform environment working with large Enterprises.
  • Ability to create detailed customer engagement plans to keep up with the high velocity of features being delivered on the platform
  • Proven ability to drive programs and projects to completion.
  • Deep understanding of cloud competitive landscape, customer priorities and challenge.
  • Strong technical competence, communication, and social skills.
  • Deep experience migrating application portfolios to Cloud.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and speaking skills.

US: Hiring Range: from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
