Oracle Finance Fusion Functional Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Oracle Financials Consultant with over 15 years of experience in Oracle Financials, including a minimum of 4 years in Oracle Financials Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across both Oracle Financials Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite Financials, with a proven track record of leading successful implementations and delivering high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Financials Cloud implementations, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Provide expert-level guidance across modules including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management (CM)
  • Financial Accounting Hub
  • Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
  • OTBI and report development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, business-aligned financial solutions.
• Conduct client workshops and internal training sessions on Oracle Financials Cloud capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Oracle Financials applications.
• Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates, new features, and best practices.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide strategic insights, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Financials, with 4+ years in Oracle Financials Cloud.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Financials Cloud modules and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite Financials, including standard processes and integrations.
• Proven experience in 4 5 full-cycle projects (implementation, rollout, or support).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse, multi-ethnic client teams.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Pricing.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Oracle Cloud applications beyond Financials (e.g., Procurement, Projects).
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud services supporting financial operations and analytics.
• Experience with data migration, integration strategies, and middleware tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline from a reputed institution.
• Oracle Financials certifications or equivalent credentials are highly desirable.
