Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in developing custom PowerApps solutions and a strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform technologies. As a PowerApps Senior Developer, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solution architectures, and deliver high-quality PowerApps applications that streamline business processes and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of PowerApps solutions to meet business requirements and objectives.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and develop PowerApps canvas apps and model-driven apps with responsive layouts and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Create and maintain complex data models using Common Data Service (CDS) and integrate PowerApps with external data sources such as SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dynamics 365.
  • Implement custom business logic using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) and Azure Functions to automate workflows and enhance system capabilities.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance to junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and IT professionals, to deliver successful PowerApps projects on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform developments, tools, and best practices, and share knowledge with team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Common Data Service (CDS).
  • Experience with SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform App Maker Associate, Power Platform Developer Associate) preferred.
