RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Program Manager II to join their team. This is a hybrid opportunity in Cincinnati, OH. You will work onsite 2-3 days per week minimum.

Responsibilities:
* Help Delivery Change Managers internally; They will be focused on the delivery of various product needs; Ensure Change Management throughout the business that is accounted for
* Program Manager II will participate and drive 'squads' or project teams on prioritized initiatives
* Collaborate with Partner organizations to identify top needs within the business
* Aid in development of key requirements, OKRs, etc.
* Engage stakeholders to drive the progress of key needs within the business related to our transformation
* Works on highly complex assignments that involve a high degree of risk, impacts to business unit performance and makes use of the individuals' expertise within the technical project management specialty
* May coach and/or mentor project management and support staff

REQUIREMENTS:
* Expert knowledge of project management and technical specialty
* Strong communication skills to provide regular read outs to senior leadership
* Problem Solving capabilities
* Prior Worldpay experience is nice to have
* Leadership skills a plus to aid in driving product, operations and development teams forward

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
