Job Details

PC Technician
We are seeking a task-oriented PC Technician with strong documentation skills and experience in building PCs to support our equipment refresh project. This role involves imaging devices, updating asset tags, managing SharePoint and Depot databases, and assisting with inventory and shipping tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Move devices from stock to the Build Area and prepare them for deployment
  • Image devices for new hires, break-fix replacements, and refreshes
  • Set up devices on the network for onboarding employees
  • Perform data wipes on iPhones for disposal or refurbishment
  • Work within our ISC and shipping teams to ensure smooth equipment transitions
  • Maintain accurate asset tagging and documentation

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:
  • Ability to work independently and in small teams
  • Strong documentation and asset tagging skills
  • PC building experience

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience working in an IT depot or device refresh environment
  • Familiarity with SharePoint site management
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration and documentation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
