Job Title: SAP Basis Admin
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)(Need locals)
Job Description:
Technical planning, installation, configuration, and upgrades of SAP S4HANA, FIORI, SLT, SOLMAN, SAP Router, etc.
Performing OSDB migrations, Unicode conversions, SSO configuration, and SSL certificate management.
Lead and support Implementation and conversion projects for S4HANA solutions.
Configure Transport Management System (TMS) configuration, transport strategy, and background job management.
Applying Support Packages, Kernel patch upgrades, and managing operational modes and profile parameters.
SAP Backup, Recovery, and Disaster Recovery (HADR) setup.
System refresh tasks, client copies, client export import, and data archiving.
Performance optimization using SQL traces, Stored procedures, and system tuning.
Integration of SAP HANA into remote systems and managing access connectivity.
Sizing activities using SAP Quick Sizer.
Automation of SAP Basis tasks through scripting.
Incident management troubleshooting OS-level system issues, analyzing logs, applying OSS notes, and RCA creation.
Early Watch configuration and reporting.
Documentation and creation of standard operating procedures.
Providing on-call support (weekday weekend).
