Position: APS/Kinaxis Rapid Response Consultant (100% Remote)

Location: 100% Remote (Ocassional Travel. Client will pay the travel expenses)

Duration : 6-12+ months

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced APS/Kinaxis Consultant to support critical supply chain planning initiatives as part of its global delivery team.
This role is a fast-moving, backfill position on a cross-functional team and requires someone who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate has deep hands-on Kinaxis expertise and thrives in a dynamic, enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and optimize Kinaxis Rapid Response to support end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
Conduct performance testing and contribute to system performance improvements.
Collaborate with global supply chain, IT, and business teams to align planning capabilities with operational goals.
Analyze and troubleshoot APS functionality, data flows, and system integration points.
Provide ongoing support for Kinaxis-based planning processes, configuration, and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or other advanced planning systems (APS).
Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes, including forecasting, demand/supply planning, and capacity planning.
Experience in Kinaxis configuration, including scenario management and data modeling.
Proven success in performance testing and system optimization.
Ability to work in a hybrid model with occasional onsite presence if required.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with a distributed global team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in SAP-integrated enterprise environments.
Background in supply chain analytics, data integration, or ERP/APO transitions.

Additional Notes:
Remote work from anywhere within the U.S. is acceptable. Hybrid onsite work may be required on occasion.
Strong communication, accountability, and self-motivation are essential to succeed in this role
