Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Junior Oracle Cloud Developer for a direct hire position with one of our premier Media & Marketing clients in Jersey City, NJ .

Junior-level candidates are encouraged to apply --- training will be provided!

POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Participate in the deployment of Oracle Cloud EPM solution through a full cycle - requirements and design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support.
  • Develop business rules, application reports, interfaces, and customizations to create a global solution for the company. They will be part of an integrated team working with the business owners to implement the application.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Participate in launch of Oracle EPM solutions through full cycle.
  • Technical knowledge of scripting is essential for writing business rules, Data Management and EPM Automation.
  • Experience in building metadata, designing webforms, data reconciliation, building dashboards.
  • Provide input into capacity plans; able to assist with load tests.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, both functional and technical.
  • Regression test Oracle software updates and patches.
  • Oversee master data management maintenance and for Oracle EPM.
  • General understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Expert in gathering business and functional requirements to set the direction of solution delivery aligned to business goals.
  • Helps to establish critical path, milestones, delivery dates, and review client deliverables to ensure they meet client acceptance criteria.
  • Document technical proposals and designs for peer review; maintain technical documentation for legacy and future state solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Infrastructure to ensure technical solutions are compliant and meet security and architectural standards.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems.
  • 3+ years' experience implementing and optimizing EPBCS /PBCS applications.
  • Project experience in EPM Suite of Products 11.x.
  • Understanding of cloud-based SaaS market offerings.
  • Understanding of FP&A processes including bottom-up planning, scenario modeling, allocations, account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and top-side adjustments.
  • Prior experience understanding business requirements and translating those to help design a solution.
  • Experience with data integration between different systems/sources (On premise FDMEE and cloud Data Exchange).
  • Experience creating EPM automate and REST API scripts.
  • Experience creating and maintaining business rules and groovy scripts.
  • Experience creating and maintaining MR and Narrative reporting
  • HFM and FCCS knowledge is a plus - not required.

SALARY RANGE:

The salary range for this position is $100,000 and $120,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
