The role is focused on functional and process-driven responsibilities (not technical/system-side), working closely with stakeholders to streamline operations in the U.S. Public Sector business.

The individual will support existing workload management and address high-priority issues from merchants, while guiding the team on U.S. federal contracting practices. This includes building and refining policies, procedures and process changes that align with lead-to-cash operations. The scope involves pre-award contracting activities (not award management) with emphasis on compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) under the commercial services section.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and setting up process flows to guide execution of lead-to-cash processes within the U.S. Public Sector context.
  • Partnering with legal staff to ensure alignment with contracting requirements and regulatory frameworks.
  • Providing advisory and guidance support on engagement with outside service providers.
  • Supporting ongoing projects related to data environment, supply chain, and information security initiatives.
  • Leveraging tools such as Salesforce, Power Apps, Confluence and Jira in an Agile environment.

This role is U.S. citizen-only eligible and requires strong knowledge of federal contracting, contract requisitions and pre-award processes, particularly in the context of buying/selling equity services, space power/management services and connectivity solutions (no construction projects involved).
