Pay Range: $62 - $67/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analyst Team Lead for one or more highly complex projects with other Business Analysts.
  • Works directly with the client to articulate and document business requirements in order to identify and analyze gaps between current processes and the desired state.
  • Demonstrates leading practices in determining participants, gathering techniques, documentation techniques, modeling and analysis techniques, and selecting appropriate tools for requirements gathering.
  • Conducts and analyzes preliminary business and information technology processes.
  • Participates in the design and creation of the business solution and completion of the technical design on highly complex projects.
  • Demonstrates leading practices in documenting and prioritizing requirements with the project team members and project stakeholders.
  • Independently develops project charter, requirements specification, requirements matrix, use and test case documents to meet users needs.
  • Demonstrates leading practices when validating business requirements, acceptance criteria, and traceability with the team and project stakeholders.
  • Independently develops prototypes at the requirements stage to firm up and validate requirements.
  • Contributes to the acceptance of application and application enhancement via a formal test process.
  • Leads formal requirement reviews to obtain document signoffs and review plans, risks, issues, defects, and dependencies identified during requirements gathering.
  • This expert Business Analyst is a seasoned presenter and leads complex requirements gathering sessions.
  • Demonstrates expertise in the design and creation of the business solution and completion of the technical design on multiple projects whose scope and size are the most complex.
  • Sought by project teams and other Client to provide creative solutions that enable the project team to stay on schedule and meet business requirements.
  • Leads project teams and other Client in identifying and mitigating project risk, exhibiting expertise at project conflict resolution.
  • Chooses, recommends, creates and/or adopts techniques, standards and methodologies for leading practices to apply to the BA role.
  • Consistently sought to help refine and streamline project methodology and processes.
  • Provides significant direction and influence on client decisions towards project approach, implementation, and product requirements.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills;Experience within consulting, project management or process
  • improvement or process mapping
  • banking/auditing experience
  • Tempus or Archer experience
  • bachelor s degree in accounting, business or related field, or equivalent education and related training or experience.
  • 5-7 years progressive related experience in either a consulting, project management or process improvement related role.
  • Highly developed skills and experience in developing and implementing processes, standards and operational plans that will have an impact on the achievement of functional results.
  • Experience in the implementation of complex projects, issue resolution, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to communicate with and influence others, conduct difficult negotiations and manage to stringent timelines for project deliverables.
  • Proven ability to make decisions under pressure and bring clarity to ambiguous assignments.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, delegate and problem-solve.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field of work (e.g., MBA).
  • Experience implementing large/complex initiatives across a matrix organization.
  • Auditing and/or large bank experience. Archer experience.
