Pay Range: $85 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills;AI, LLM, Gen AI, Azure, Databricks.
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML/GenAI solutions INTO PRODUCTION (not only POCs).
  • Strong Azure + Databricks + Python background specifically for AI workloads.
  • Experience architecting enterprise-scale GenAI (LLM/RAG) solutions.
  • Ability to evaluate & implement open-source LLM frameworks (LangChain, Llama/Ollama, CrewAI, LangFuse).
  • Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems (ERP, SharePoint, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday).
  • Security-aware architecture: RBAC, permissions, data governance, compliant deployments.
