The BA has the primary responsibility to gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of the business stakeholders. The Business Analyst serves as the principal conduit for managing system requirements between the business and the software development team throughout the duration of a project.
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Lead dynamic business working sessions with local and global stakeholders to elicit, explore and document requirements for web site redesign and online client account access systems. Prepare scope, business and functional requirements, test plans, and test cases, ensuring the highest possible quality.
 
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
 
  • MS Office, Visio, web site redesign experience, ability to model systems and data/data flows
  • REQUIRED FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
  • Ability to document use cases and provide sufficiently detailed requirements and test cases.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
 
  • Experience with web and online account access site redesign and enhancements, especially front end considerations.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle
OTHER SOFT SKILLS/INTANGIBLES:
 
Able to lead dynamic workshops. The preferred candidate should possess the following: Excellent oral and written communication skills; a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources; Ability to take strategic direction from executive management; takes initiative; Ability to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
