RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking a Facilities Coordinator.
Building Compliance Check:
* Conduct daily walkthroughs of the facility
* Identify and report any issues, initiating repair tickets
* Monitor and ensure the delivery of services including snack provision, meeting room setups, and AV equipment
* Inspect security cameras regularly
Administrative Coordination:
* Monitor daily office operations
* Coordinate events and manage vendor relations
* Handle courier and postal services
Point of Contact:
* Serve as the primary contact for the Austin office site and respond to tenant requests
Facility Management:
* Coordinate maintenance and repair work
* Manage office supplies inventory
* Ensure a safe and efficient working environment
Mailroom Management:
* Handle the collection and distribution of mail
* Open and scan mail for relevant departments
* Process invoices and FedEx checks
HR Support:
* Assist in office orientations and share building information with new employees.
Record Keeping and Documentation:
* Maintain office records and documentation
* Prepare and handle various reports.
Communication and Coordination:
* Liaise with external vendors and clients
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
* Utilize Slack for effective communication with building users and staff
Vendor and Account Management:
* Handle the creation and removal of employee accounts on Grubhub and Just Eat
* Manage WeWork accounts and address related queries
* Communicate with food vendors as required
Reports:
* Generate and analyze reports on access control and CCTV usage using Open Path
* Conduct administrative inquiries as requested
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
