Job Details
  • Penetrate new markets and drive growth across targeted verticals
  • Create and execute strategic territory sales plans
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and customer service to deliver on client specs
  • Present technical capabilities to decision-makers and purchasing teams
  • Maintain pipeline and CRM tracking for reporting and forecasting
  • Attend industry trade shows and client site visits nationwide

What You'll Need:

  • 5 or more years of B2B sales experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Deep understanding of forged components or industrial manufacturing
  • A "hunter" mindset with a proven new business track record
  • Exceptional communication and technical selling skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Willingness to travel frequently (50%+)
