  • Support cross-functional policy projects, using data and existing policy to spot risks and recommend mitigations
  • Remain up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes worldwide
  • Deliver crisp, timely policy decisions in clearly written guidance, briefing leadership when needed
  • Represent Content Policy in meetings
  • Develop new policies that consider multiple stakeholder perspectives, especially working with client's writers, actors, and other creative professionals who craft the listening experiences we deliver.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of compliance, policy, moderation, or risk management experience
  • Experience managing global projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to senior leaders
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and creative capabilities and judgment
