Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital & IT Site Support Manager to oversee our organization's North American IT infrastructure and operations, with a focus on the US and Mexico. This role will collaborate closely with the US Central IT Operations team to ensure seamless integration and support across all locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our global IT operations strategy, managing servers, networking, IT Service Management (ITSM), cloud services, backup and disaster recovery, site IT support, endpoint support, monitoring and reporting, security, and regulatory compliance. This position is critical in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems while leading a team of IT professionals to deliver exceptional service globally.

Responsibilities
Regional Infrastructure Management
- Oversee the management, maintenance, and lifecycle of servers, networking equipment, and other IT infrastructure components across the US and Mexico regions.
- Ensure high availability and optimal performance of all IT services and systems in collaboration with the US Central IT Operations team.
- Establish project management best practices and ensure processes are followed and continuously improved across global teams.
- Provide site IT support for locations in the US and Mexico, ensuring that all IT systems are operational and meet the needs of local users.
- Manage endpoint support services, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of user devices (laptops, desktops, print, and mobile devices).
- Collaborate with the US Central IT Operations team to implement standardized processes and tools for endpoint management.
- Support digital operations strategies and systems, including SCADA, Historian, and automation
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services strategy to ensure scalability and cost-effectiveness globally.
- Collaborate with teams in both regions to implement cloud solutions that meet business needs while maintaining compliance.
IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Implement and manage ITSM processes to enhance service delivery and support across global operations.
- Ensure effective incident, problem, and change management practices are in place.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IT operations team.
- Develop, implement, and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies to protect organizational data across all locations.
- Regularly test and update disaster recovery plans to ensure readiness and effectiveness.
- Execute annual disaster recovery testing, documenting lessons learned and implementing improvements.
- Ensure recoverability from disasters and potential cyber attacks.
- Establish monitoring systems to proactively identify and resolve issues within the global IT infrastructure.
- Generate and present regular reports on system performance, uptime, and incidents to stakeholders in both the US and Mexico.
- Implement and maintain industry best practice security measures to protect IT assets and sensitive data globally.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as SOX, CMMC, and ISO 27001.
- Develop and implement a strategy and roadmap for simplification, standardization, automation, and leveraging emerging technologies across global operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments globally to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist in the development and management of the global IT operations budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Develop and communicate spending forecasts, ensuring timely execution of planned purchases.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, APM, CSM, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing servers, networking, cloud services, and ITSM processes in a global context.
- Strong knowledge of server and network administration, virtualization, and cloud technologies (e.g., VMware, Azure, HCI, Cisco).
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and monitoring solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across different regions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Periodic to other US Parker locations as needed.
- Possible travel may be required between US and Mexico locations to collaborate with the IT operations team.
