8+ years of business solution analysis or product management experience in technology or IT, with some years in SaaS or subscription based business.
Experience with entitlement management systems, subscription lifecycle management, usage tracking and metering, billing models, integration with CRM, ERP, and billing systems Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands on experience in software development, databases and SQL, cloud platforms, programming languages, and Microservices Experience building products that leverage AI for natural language querying (NLQ), data quality & governance, automated insights, and diagnostics Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate requirements, solutions, and progress to diverse audiences. Proven ability to influence stakeholders Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Must be local to the SF Bay area to be onsite
