The international IT сompany Andersen invites a UX / UI Designer in Dallas with an onsite work format to join our dynamic and highly skilled professional team.

Responsibilities: 

  • Leading UX discovery and pre-sales activities, including scoping, problem framing, requirement clarification, and high-level solution visualization for prospective clients.  
  • Advocating for user-centric thinking and communicating how design impacts business outcomes, product performance metrics, conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.  
  • Conducting user and stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, heuristic evaluations, JTBD assessments, and domain research to understand business goals and user needs.  
  • Translating research insights into user journeys, service blueprints, IA structures, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and clearly structured design documentation.  
  • Developing and presenting design concepts, rationale, and solution approaches to client executives, decision-makers, and cross-functional teams.  
  • Acting as a design expert during pre-sales workshops and explaining best practices, industry standards, and UX patterns for complex systems across domains such as fintech, banking, healthcare, oil & gas, insurance, and data-intensive platforms.  
  • Designing dashboards, data visualizations, complex transactional interfaces, multi-step workflows, and enterprise-grade UX flows involving large data volumes.  
  • Creating scalable design systems, UI component libraries, usage guidelines, and ensuring consistency across touchpoints.  
  • Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and SMEs to align design direction with business and technical feasibility.  
  • Working simultaneously across multiple initiatives, ensuring high-quality output under time constraints.  
  • Producing polished client-facing deliverables, including design concepts, prototypes, UX audits, presentations, and visual storytelling materials.  
  • Supporting delivery teams as needed by providing UX oversight, clarifications, and guidance on design intent. 

Must-haves: 

  • Experience in UX/UI or Product Design with a strong focus on digital productsenterprise systemsand cross-platform solutions for 5+ years 
  • Demonstrated experience with pre-salesdiscoveryor early-stage product definitionincluding leading workshops and producing conceptual design deliverables 
  • Strong background designing complex systems such as fintech and banking applicationshealthcare platformsdata-heavy dashboardsor multi-step transactional experiences 
  • Solid UX research experienceincluding interviewsusability testingsurveyspersona creationuser journey mappingand competitor benchmarking 
  • Proven ability to structure design decisions based on business goalsuser needsand data insights 
  • Hands-on experience designing data visualisations and dashboardsincluding KPI-drivenanalyticaloperationalor BI-like interfaces 
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience building and maintaining scalable design systems 
  • Highly developed communication and presentation skillswith the ability to explain design reasoning to both technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to build trust through claritystructureand confident guidance 
  • Level of English – from Advanced and above 

Nice-to-haves: 

  •  A Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Digital Product Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field (a relevant certification is also acceptable).
