Supply Chain Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in King of Prussia, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Operations:
* Monitor and verify inventory through weighing or counting items to ensure compliance with company standards
* Manage daily parts control activities, including track-and-trace, production schedule analysis, and exception handling
* Follow up on parts availability to support optimal material flow within the facility

Data Analytics & Reporting:
* Assist in developing and presenting analytics, identifying key trends, and proposing solutions during internal and external meetings
* Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives through data-driven insights

Customer Support & Communication:
* Collaborate with customers to resolve stock shortages, meet deadlines, and address inquiries
* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance inventory and material flow processes
* Communicate critical issues promptly and accurately to both management and customers

Process Improvement:
* Evaluate current workflows and recommend or implement improvements to eliminate inefficiencies
* Support the implementation of process and transportation design changes in collaboration with Engineering

REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
* 1+ years of experience in inventory, auditing, or transportation preferred
* Experience in analyzing large datasets is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and the full MS Office Suite
* Experience with Tableau or Power BI strongly preferred
* Familiarity with inventory and transportation management systems
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
* Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and follow established procedures

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
