Job Title: SAP CRM Functional / Tester Consultant
Location: Tallahassee, FL (4 days onsite travel expenses paid)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Employment Type: W2 or CTC
Rate: $65/hr W2 | $70/hr CTC

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional / Tester Consultant to join our client s team in Tallahassee, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM configurations, business process understanding, and testing activities using ALM tools. This position involves both functional and testing responsibilities and requires the consultant to be onsite 4 days per week (travel expenses covered).

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, lead, and coordinate SAP CRM implementation and enhancement projects.

  • Configure and customize SAP CRM functionalities to meet business requirements.

  • Analyze business processes and translate them into effective SAP CRM solutions.

  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams for system integration and testing.

  • Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans in ALM.

  • Execute functional and regression testing; track and resolve defects through ALM.

  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.

  • Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer for ongoing system support.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP CRM Functional roles.

  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, configuration, and business processes.

  • Experience in testing methodologies and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM Sales, Service, Marketing, or Interaction Center modules.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in public sector or large enterprise CRM environments.

  • Knowledge of integration with ECC, BW, or PI/PO systems.

  • SAP certification in CRM or related modules is a plus.
