Job Title: Consultant for Operationalization of Transitional Service & Commercial Agreements

Location: Dallas, TX Hybrid

Employment Type: Contract/Full Time

Duration: Long Term

Must Have: TSA, process design, M&A integration, contract operationalization, legal/contractual language, workflows, controls, telecom functions, and systems (OSS/BSS, billing, customer care, network operations), process mapping.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Operationalize TSAs and CAs by developing: End-to-end process maps Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for functional teams (network, IT, finance, operations, supply chain, customer care) Workflows, SLAs, obligations, and controls tied to each agreement
• Build and maintain a risk and dependency log to highlight obligations and handoffs
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business, IT, and legal teams to align interpretation of agreements with operations
• Deliver comprehensive documentation packages and support final handover to client teams
• (As needed) Assist in drafting/refining agreements in collaboration with legal and business stakeholders

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5 10+ years of experience in process design, M&A integration, or contract operationalization
• Proven ability to translate legal/contractual language into executable workflows and controls
• Strong knowledge of telecom functions and systems (OSS/BSS, billing, customer care, network operations) preferred
• Experience with process mapping/ (tools) and documentation standards
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional communication skills
• Excellent skills in Power Point, Excel, and overall Program Management

• End-to-end process documentation and workflow package
• Commercial agreements operationalization guide
• Risk and dependency log
• Final handover to Client
