Description: Our client is currently seeking a Help Desk Technician
Job Title: Help Desk Technician
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Westlake TX and Southlake TX
What you'll do:
- Work with a team of Desktop Support technicians in one of the largest service centers with over 6,000 users.
- System administration of Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS X desktops and laptops.
- Provide hands on installation, troubleshooting and technology support for desktops, laptops, monitors and personal printers.
- Also required to provide phone support and remote assistance as needed.
- Deploy and reclaim computer equipment which includes maintaining asset management database with current status.
- Document work in various tools. (Remedy, Clarity)
- Provide excellent customer support to employees.
- Work at multiple sites.
What you have:
- The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in technology and/or a minimum 1-3 years' recent experience supporting technology in an enterprise-wide internal Service Center environment.
- A working knowledge of PC technical support of the Windows and Macintosh OS (Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS X) is desired.
- Should demonstrate strong communication skills, including both written and verbal.
