Job Description
Title: Systems Analyst Location: Tallahassee, FL 32399Duration: 12 to 24 Months
Schedule: Hybrid/Remote but need candidate within 50 miles.
Job Description
We are looking for a Systems Analyst. This position will be full-time and onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.
What You'll Do
- Provide research and analytical services for defects, enhancements, and systems as they emerge, as directed by the Department
- Meet with the Department s Program offices to collect user requirements, facilitate the development of Requirements documentation for defects, and enhancements to the HMS system as directed by the Department.
- Facilitate development of the HMS System requirements by using object-oriented methodology and design using the Unified Modeling Language and/or Flow Charts as directed by the Department.
- Develop test cases and scripts to test the application and provide support, software testing, and quality assurance to ensure that the application meets user requirements, as directed by the Department Identify opportunities for process improvements that would reduce effort
- Provide work estimates, communication, and updates for Release Planning, Sprint Planning, and Daily Scrum, daily in the time indicated on the work tickets assigned by the Department, to implement system feature enhancements or additions and bug fixes
- 5 years demonstrated experience with implementing Health Care Systems
- 5 years demonstrated experience with the Department s clinic management or electronic health record software
- 5 years demonstrated experience writing and developing user and system requirements
- 3 year demonstrated experience with Agile software development, project management, and testing
- 5 years demonstrated experience in analysis, testing and flowcharting, and unified modeling
- 5 years demonstrated experience using SQL
- 5 years demonstrated experience with formal software testing
- 5 years demonstrated experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting
- 1 year demonstrated experience with systems analyst project lead
- 1 year demonstrated experience with developing and mentoring analysts
