Job Details

Requirements:
  • 3 or more years of experience in contract compliance and program administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Excel for data visualization and analytics.
  • Experience with Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) regulations and certification protocols.
  • Experience in federal Title VI and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program implementation.
  • Experience with database management systems for stakeholder tracking and internal listings.
  • Experience in performing fiscal analysis and manpower data reviews for public sector operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Perform qualitative compliance assessments using data analytics and business management solutions.
  • Administer the DBE certification process including application renewals and on-site interviews.
  • Execute bi-annual federal reporting and maintain accurate project goal tracking formulas.
  • Conduct project-level data analytics to establish goals for enhancement grants and local programs.
  • Resolve compliance issues and navigate conflicts between prime contractors and small businesses.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to identify patterns of fraud or program abuse.
  • Manage secure file systems and documentation chains of custody for compliance audits.
