Job Title: Technical Lead IBMi AS/400 (Only W2/1099)

Location: Remote, USA
Duration: Contract

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead IBMi AS/400 with strong expertise in SYNON, RPG, ILE, Modern RPG, CL, and ALDON, along with RxClaim/PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical design, development, and delivery of IBMi solutions while guiding a team of developers.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in IBMi AS/400 development.

  • Strong hands-on experience with SYNON, RPG, RPGLE, ILE, Modern RPG, CL, ALDON.

  • Experience in technical leadership, solution design, and architecture.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience leading offshore/onshore development teams.

  • Exposure to modernization projects on the IBMi platform.
