Job Description:
We are seeking a Windows 11 Specialist with expertise in Microsoft 365 to join our IT operations team. This role will be responsible for building, deploying, and sustaining Windows 11 environments across end-user devices, including the creation and management of system images.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and configure Windows 11 desktop and laptop environments
Create, maintain, and deploy OS images to multiple devices
Perform end-to-end device imaging, configuration, and testing
Support Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint
Ensure systems are compliant with security and performance standards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
Document configurations, processes, and procedures as needed
Collaborate with IT support and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments
Qualifications:
5 years of hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 deployment and support
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
Proven experience creating and deploying Windows OS images (using tools like MDT, SCCM, or Intune)
Familiarity with remote support and endpoint management tools
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
