Job Details
Piper Companies is seeking a Senior ERP Project Manager to support out client, a global leader in manufacturing equipment for the water, renewable energy, and other sustainable industries. The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for providing technical project planning, management, and oversight for our ERP implementation, ensuring that these initiatives and projects are completed on-time, within scope and budget and with high quality. The Senior ERP Project Manager must have experience leading a Dynamics 365 implementation within the manufacturing or supply chain space.
Responsibilities of the Senior ERP Project Manager :
The TPM will lead and manage several workstreams within our ERP implementation, including integration development and testing, customization development and testing, and go-live preparedness.
The TPM acts as a project management technical lead and business analysis subject matter expert and is responsible for working with IT teams. functional leads, and implementation partners to drive the successful implementation of technical solutions.
The TPM should be able to manage all phases of service delivery including: analysis and design, configuration, and build, testing and training, and deployment of solutions.
Qualifications of the Senior ERP Project Manager :
5-7+ years of Technical Project Manager experience with gradually increasing responsibilities and a demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, artifacts, and tools
Experience with an ERP implementation, specifically, Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the Manufacturing or Supply Chain industry
Demonstrated ability in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management, project management
Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Experience in business process mapping or operational redesign / improvement
Compensation of the Senior ERP Project Manager:
$80.00 - $110.00/hr , 6 month contract-to-hire
Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP (be specific)
