Job Description:

Apex System is seeking a highly qualified NetSuite Consultant who can oversee the NetSuite environment. As the NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will demonstrate strong influence and communication skills to interact successfully and effectively with all departments as an advisor to the organization on system efficiency and effectiveness. Relying on extensive enterprise level business applications experience and understanding of business workflows in relation to what NetSuite is capable of.

Title: NetSuite Functional Specialist

Location: Remote (EST OR CST)

18+ month contract

Requirements:
  • NetSuite Cloud experience from a functional aspect, working with Finance and other lines of business.
  • 5-10 years of enterprise-level NetSuite administration, configuration and testing experience.
  • Ability to lead initiatives and collaborate with multiple business units.
  • Able to work with external vendors.
  • Extensive experience with SOX compliance, audits and documentation


KEY DUTIES
  • Help drive NetSuite and other ERP solutions from a Functional/SME perspective to gather requirements, audits, technical design, documentation, and testing.
  • Ability to execute on major ERP initiatives crossing multiple businesses and involving many teams
  • Work cross-functionally with our project managers, finance team, platform and data, and operational teams to understand our overall internal processes and systems and how they are interdependent
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual audits.
  • Support existing and forthcoming software connected to NetSuite
  • Handle day to day administration of the NetSuite ERP by working with the technical teams.

Education:
  • Associate required / Bachelors preferred.
